OCTA’s core values consist of integrity, teamwork/partnership, communication, customer focus, can-do spirit and safety.   Overview:   Under general direction, performs a wide range of complex duties related to property  acquisition, appraisal, sale, project development, leasing and property management of real property, relocation of utilities, eminent domain support, and relocation of displaced individuals and businesses from properties that have been acquired.  Oversees, manages and administers right of way delivery of various capital improvement projects for the Agency.   This is an exempt position in Salary Grade S: Min $85,696.00 – Mid $105,092.00 – Max $124,488.00 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.   This position will remain open until filled.

OCTA's College Intern Program is a year-round paid student/intern program. You will gain real world work experience on meaningful projects under the guidance of transportation professional. You will have the opportunity to use problem solving, communication and decision-making skills as you gain valuable work experience. You will also work with a mentor and benefit from career counseling.   As a College Intern, you will be exposed to OCTA's career opportunities in the transportation industry. You will gain deeper awareness of transportation's many facets through your OCTA orientation, projects and teams, and internal networking.   Under direct supervision, you will perform a variety of professional entry-level duties related to your major field of study and the sponsoring department's current business operations.   The pay range is from $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on your education level. This position is not eligible for employee benefits. Uses a variety of tools for spatial and non-spatial data mining to build and implement models, algorithms, and simulations that provide data-driven insights and results. Works with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams within and beyond the GIS Section to understand business requirements and develop information products to assist decision-making. Prepares intuitive maps, graphs, and narrative, and communicates findings and results to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.   Data Science Analyst, Senior: This is an exempt position in Salary Grade R: Min $76,294.40 – Mid 93,600.00 – Max $110,905.60 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.
